Will the posts look AI-generated?
No — avoiding that is the thing we work hardest at. Every post starts from a photo you took on your own phone, and we never generate the product itself. From there we work the lighting, the background and the framing until it looks like a professional shoot of your real item, as close to the real thing as we can get. The result should read as a properly photographed product, not an AI render.
Do I get to approve posts before they go live?
Yes. Your week arrives as a review queue — approve, edit the caption, or send a post back to be rebuilt. Once you trust it, switch on full autopilot and it publishes without you.
Which platforms do you post to?
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok as standard, each cropped and formatted for the platform it's going to, so nothing gets chopped in the wrong aspect ratio. Want us posting somewhere else as well? Get in touch and we'll set your account up for that platform too.
What's the difference between the two plans?
Frequency and the photo-to-video mix. Steady is three posts a week — two photo, one video. Growth is five — three photo, two video. Everything else is the same.
How many photos do I need to send?
A handful gets you started. The more angles and products you send, the more varied your feed looks over a month — you can top up your library whenever you take new photos.
Who owns the posts?
You do. Your photos stay yours, and so does everything we make from them — including after you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Month to month, cancel anytime from your account — no contract, no exit fee.
Is there a free trial?
There's no trial plan to sign up for — you pick the plan that suits you and start straight away, and your first month is $50 off either one. What we do offer is a free first week: send us a few photos and we'll build and show you a full week of posts before you pay anything.
